Baby Craziness

I haven't been writing in my journal lately, but there is a reason. You've probably guessed the reason from the title of this post. Yeah, life has been a series of baby-related appointments, sprinkled with errands for baby supplies or product information. There are the visits to the Midwifery, the meetings with the Doula, the baby shower, the diaper service set-up, the birthing classes, prepping the nursery, the reading of multitudes of parenting books, etcetera... It's all about pre-planning right now so that when the little one comes, we can hunker down for the winter and focus on our new family.

Having said that, I want to hail all my friends and family for the support they have given us, we truly appreciate it. That comes from the heart y'all. I am overwhelmed by how many people have sent love to my little girl and they haven't even met her yet! Well, the belly is getting big, and in the next six weeks or so there will be a baby in our arms.
